Our Philosophy

Each one of our patients is made to feel like our most important and most special patient. All communication with patients is done in a cheerful, happy manner, centered around creating a desire to return to our office and a desire for good oral health. Therefore, it is our goal to understand each of our patients, while at the same time promoting the benefits of our services.

Financial Information

Your Treatment Plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will happily inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also offer 0% financing through CareCredit. Charges and Estimated Insurance so-payments are payable at the time of treatment.

Please ask a member of our team, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our Financial Specialist prior to receiving service.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, our office will submit the charges to your insurance carrier at no extra cost.

Please understand that your insurance contract is between you and the insurance company. No insurance company covers all dental costs. Regard your dental insurance as a "coupon that reduces out-of-pocket costs".

It usually takes three to six weeks for benefits to be paid. If after 60 days the insurance company has not paid, we ask the patient to pay the balance of their account. We will continue to seek settlement from your insurance company for a reasonable period of time. It may be necessary for the patient to contact their insurance to expedite payment.
